Burdn is operated by Ekuty LLC. Support is handled by email — write to us with what happened and we’ll take it from there. Please don’t include your password, a verification code, or any sign-in credential; we will never ask for them.

Sign-in
Trouble receiving an email code, or signing in with Apple or Google. Tell us which method you used — never send us the code itself.
Your account
Questions about your account, your personas, posting limits, or anything that does not look right.
Subscription
Burdn Premium billing, restoring a purchase, or a charge you did not expect. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play.
Safety
Something that made the space feel unsafe. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — Burdn is not an emergency service. Crisis lines are listed below.
Reporting
Use the ••• menu on any Burdn or reply to report it or block the account behind it. Write to us if a report needs a second look, to appeal a removal, or if you cannot reach the in-app tools.

If you’re in crisis
Burdn is not a crisis service. We can’t respond to emergencies, and posts are not monitored in real time. If you are thinking about harming yourself, or you are worried about someone else, please reach out to people who can help right now:

If a Burdn or reply makes you worried about someone, you can report it in the app with “Self-harm concern” so our moderators can review it. A report is not an emergency response.
